You define once what should happen around your personal check-ins. zorVaro can respond when your check-in arrives — and also when one is missed.
You decide how often you want to check in, who should be informed, which message should be sent and when an action should be carried out.
1. Set your personal plan
First, choose how often you want to check in — for example daily, every few days or once a month.
Then add your contacts and the actions you want. Actions can be scheduled both after a check-in and when a check-in is missed .
For example: “Send my family an all-good message 10 minutes after my check-in” or “Inform my trusted contact 24 hours after a missed check-in.”
This creates a personal plan that can combine everyday life, travel and contingency planning.
2. Check in
As long as everything is okay, simply check in — through the secure web area, the app or by SMS.
Each new check-in restarts your personal time window. At the same time, prepared all-good messages can be triggered if you wish.
A quick click or a single SMS can be enough.
3. When everything is okay
After your check-in, zorVaro can automatically send the all-good messages you prepared.
For example, a grandfather can check in in the morning and, a few minutes later, his children can automatically receive a message letting them know that everything is okay.
When traveling, on longer trips, during fieldwork or on expeditions, a single check-in with zorVaro can also be enough to keep several people at home informed.
4. When a check-in is missed
If no new check-in is received within your chosen time window, zorVaro automatically starts the actions you prepared for that situation.
For example, messages can be sent by email, SMS or voice call, files can be made available, or other steps you defined can be carried out.
Multiple actions can be scheduled in sequence. For example, individual contacts can be informed first, with further steps carried out later.
Everything stays traceable
You can see at any time when a check-in was made and which actions are scheduled or have already been carried out.
Delivery and call attempts are logged. Test and simulation options also let you check your personal plan in advance without triggering a real process.
If zorVaro is temporarily unavailable, any outstanding actions are automatically resumed once service is restored.
